Privacy notice for B2B enquiries
The pallet cart and quick product enquiry prepare non-binding enquiries. They are not orders, display no public prices and do not automatically create contracts, dispatches or producer contacts.
1. Controller and contact
The controller is Mitilsiciliano. Privacy contact: kontakt@mitilsiciliano.com. Full provider and address details are stated in the Legal notice.
2. Data processed
We process the registered company name, VAT/tax number, contact person, email, telephone, country or market, selected product, notes and requested information such as a technical sheet, certificates, reserved price, pallet availability or sample availability. For the pallet cart, we also process the consignee, delivery address, requested date, unloading instructions, products, quantities and pallet/truck preference. The server may also produce technical security logs as described in the general notice.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to assess the product, availability, production capacity, transport, destination and documentation and to prepare a possible offer. Processing is necessary for pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); for contacts acting for a legal entity, it may also rely on the legitimate interest in managing the B2B relationship (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention and recipients
The form record is retained on the Keliweb server for no more than 180 days. If negotiations or a contract begin during that period, only the necessary data may be transferred and retained separately to manage the business relationship, comply with legal obligations or defend a right. Data is accessible to Mitilsiciliano and strictly necessary technical providers, including hosting and email services, under the applicable agreements and security safeguards.
5. Browser-based pallet cart
The site uses local browser storage to retain pallets selected as a user-requested function. The cart is removed after a successful submission, may be cleared through the browser’s site-data controls, and expires after 30 days of inactivity. The quick product enquiry does not use the cart. Neither function is used for advertising or profiling.
6. Confirmation and rights
Availability, timing, the actual number of pallets per vehicle, costs and all commercial terms will be confirmed separately. Submitting the form does not automatically contact the producer, dispatch samples, publish data or create an order.
