Product documents, packaging data, shipping instructions, sample labelling and communication are coordinated in one workflow.

Before shipment, Mitilsiciliano reviews which market participant is responsible for the packaging obligations applying to that specific delivery.

Where Mitilsiciliano is responsible, the relevant packaging quantities are considered within its existing LUCID registration and system participation.

For limited sample shipments, this may avoid a separate German technical process for the Italian producer where the specific supply arrangement legally allows it.

Responsibility is assigned for each shipment using the importer, sales route and delivery terms. Mitilsiciliano’s LUCID registration and system participation do not automatically apply to every producer, direct shipment, pallet order or ongoing commercial supply.
